Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days after they're placed. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time
Once shipped, orders take 1–2 weeks to arrive. In total, please allow 2–3 weeks from the day you order to receive your package.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
Every order comes with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 3 weeks, email us at jcarcamo1634@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
